摘要
针对新桥煤矿2107综采工作面回风顺槽转载点产生高浓度粉尘的现象,分析了粉尘来源及产生特点,提出采用密闭触控自动喷雾降尘技术对其进行治理。降尘系统应用期间,设备运行稳定,控制系统灵敏、可靠,总粉尘降尘效率高达90.5%,改善了作业人员劳动环境。
According to the phenomenon of high dust concentration at the transfer point of air-return roadway of No. 2107 fully mechanized mining face in Xinqiao coal mine,the sources and characteristics of dust were analyzed and the closed touch automatic spraying and dust removing technology was proposed. The application shows that the equipment operation is stable,the control system is sensitive and reliable,the dust removal efficiency of total dust is about 90. 5% and the working environment of workers is improved.
