摘要
通过对补连塔选煤厂分级旋流器进行工艺效果评定,分析了影响旋流器工艺效果的因素,针对水力旋流器系统溢流跑粗和分级效率低问题提出了改造方案,实施后取得了较好的效果。
Through the evaluation of the technological effect of classifying cyclone in Bulianta coal preparation plant,the factors influencing the process effect of hydrocyclone were analyzed,the modification scheme in view of the problems of the overflow and low classifying efficiency of hydrocyclone system was proposed. Good process effect has been achieved after the implementation.
