摘要
为了探讨研究矿井生产运营总承包模式下的绩效考评体系,以双方的委托代理关系为基点,从委托方对承包方的绩效考评、承包方内部的绩效考评两个层面为切入,构建了绩效考评体系,通过绩效考评引导双方履行各自职责,实现双方价值最大化。
In order to discuss the performance evaluation system under the general contract mode of mine production and operation,from two aspects of the performance evaluation of the client to the contractor and the internal performance evaluation of contractor,the performance evaluation system was built. The performance evaluation system can guide both parties to fulfill their duties,to achieve the maximum value.
