摘要
通过测定摄食甘薯饲料与摄食基础饲料后SD大鼠的胃液pH,胃酸分泌量,十二指肠液pH等对比变化,研究了SD大鼠食用甘薯后其胃酸分泌及胃部环境情况,探讨了人体食用甘薯后造成烧心、泛酸等症状的原因.结果表明,SD大鼠摄食不同配比甘薯粉的混合饲料1h后,甘薯粉质量分数与胃液pH值及胃酸分泌量均呈极显著负相关(p<0.01),而大鼠胃液pH值与胃酸分泌量呈极显著正相关(p<0.01);基础饲料原浆对HCl溶液的缓冲性能显著强于甘薯饲料原浆(p<0.01).由此认为,由于食物存在缓冲性,进食后反馈调节刺激胃酸分泌,而甘薯饲料缓冲性较弱,导致摄食甘薯饲料的大鼠胃液pH升高不如基础饲料组显著,故摄食甘薯饲料后不会刺激胃酸大量分泌.同时,也因为摄食甘薯后,胃液pH依旧保持在较低状态,故而易引起烧心、胃部泛酸等不适症状.
In order to explore the reasons for the symptoms like heartburn and reflux caused by eating sweet potatoes,the gastric acid secretion and gastric environment situation of SD rats after fed sweet potatoes have been studied in this paper,based on the measuring the pH of gastric juice and duodenal juice and the gastric acid output.The results show that the sweet potato powder content in the feed is negatively correlated to both the gastric juice pH and the gastric acid output,1hafter SD rats are fed(p〈0.01);and the buffering performance of basic feed is significantly stronger than sweet potatos(p〈0.01).Since the buffer effect of sweet potato feed is relatively weak,the gastric juice pH does not increase significantly as much as the basic feed and is maintained at a lower level,which results in little increase of gastric acid output.Besides,the lower gastric juice pH leads to heartburn,reflux and other symptoms.
