摘要 利用现有消声器设计理论,针对某款小型汽油发动机的消声器进行结构设计,应用仿真软件Fluent对该消声器的速度流场、压力场和温度场进行仿真分析,同时将该消声器结构中隔板穿孔孔径大小对消声器空气动力性能的影响进行了多组数据对比分析.仿真结果表明:消声器隔板穿孔孔径大小对压力损失影响较大,孔径过小,会引起较大的压力损失;而且孔径增加到一定程度后,压力损失的变化较小,此时,改变孔径大小来改变压力损失将没有多大的意义.通过优化设计,隔板穿孔孔径为6mm时压力损失最小,并对优化后的消声器进行实际噪声测试,结果表明,该消声器降噪效果明显. According to the theory of muffler design,a research has been done aiming at designing the small engine muffler of structure.The fluid dynamics simulation software-fluent has been used to analyze the flow field,velocity streamline,pressure fields and temperature fields in the muffler.Contrasted multipledata of muffler's perforated diameter size which impact to aerodynamic performance of muffler.The study shown that diameter size of muffler made a difference to or pressure loss.Pore diameter was too small,would cause larger pressure loss drop.Pore diameter increased to a certain degree,the pressure didn't loss.This moment,it was not useful for changing pressure drop to change diameter size of perforation plate.When the diameter size of perforation plate muffler was 6millimeter,the pressure drop was minimize.The results of experimental testing of the improved muffler show that the muffler was lower noise than original one.
