校企协同培养生物技术专业应用型人才的模式研究

On Cultivation Mode of Application Oriented Talents in Biotechnology Major by College-Enterprise Cooperation

随着我国生物产业的迅速发展,未来10年是我国生物技术人才事业发展的战略机遇期.如何以市场需求为指导,培养出"理论基础实、综合素质高、实践能力强、就业前景好"的生物技术专业应用型人才是我国普通高校急待解决的问题,而校企协同为高校人才培养提供了新的思路.从采取"走出去、请进来"战略、建立"基础-专业-实验"课程体系,构建校企合作"三模块"实习教学新模式,开设"企业班",培养"订单式"应用型人才,鼓励毕业论文"应用选题,真题真做",以"挑战杯"大赛为载体提高学生"创新创业"意识,构建生物技术专业"双师结构"教学团队,对当前形势下校企协同培养生物技术专业应用型人才的模式进行了新的探索.

With the rapid development of biotechnology industry in China,the next 10 years would be a strategic opportunity time of personnel cultivation of talents in biotechnology major.It is an urgent issue for the universities to speed up the cultivation of applied talents personnel in biotechnology major with＂solid theory foundation,strong practical ability,high comprehensive quality and promising projected job outlook＂,while the cooperation between college and enterprise provides a new insight.In this paper,a series of innovations,such as adopting strategy of＂go out and come in＂,establishing＂foundation-specialtyexperiment＂course system,constructing innovative＂three modules＂teaching mode,etc.,have been introduced in detail,aiming to discussion and exploration of the cultivation mode of application oriented talents in biotechnology major by college-enterprise cooperation in the current situation.
