摘要
通过分析总结煤矿一般隐患排查闭环管理流程,基于隐患排查治理全过程,并结合事故发生情况,建立了针对煤矿企业、科段、班组和全矿从业人员的上下贯通的4级隐患排查绩效考核管理指标体系,并用集对层次分析法确定各指标权重,对煤矿安全隐患排查整个流程进行联动考核,并将其纳入煤矿隐患排查闭环管理流程中,从而提高煤矿企业全员的隐患排查治理能力。
Through the analysis and summary of the general coal mine hidden investigation closed- loop management process,on the basis of the whole process of hidden investigation and governance and combined with the accidents,we establish the vertical four levels of performance evaluation management mechanism for the assessment of coal mining enterprise,department,team,and mine employees,determine index weight by set pair analytic hierarchy process,and evaluate the whole process of coal mine safety hazard investigation. And it is incorporated into the closed- loop management process of coal mine hidden trouble,so as to improve hidden investigation and management capacity of coal mining enterprises.
