肝细胞癌合并右心房及下腔静脉癌栓行肝癌切除联合右心房、下腔静脉取癌栓1例报道

Hepatocellular carcinoma complicated with tumor thrombus in right atrium and inferior vena cava through liver cancer resection combined with eliminating cancer thrombus:one case report

肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)通过肝静脉系统侵犯下腔静脉和右心房较少见,但预后极差。肝癌手术切除联合取栓可能是行之有效的治疗方法。现报道1例治疗经过,供临床参考。

Hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） invading the inferior vena cava and the right atrium via hepatic vein system is rare, but the prognosis is extremely poor. Surgical resection of HCC combined with removing cancer thrombus may be a curative treatment method. Now the treatment of one case was reported for clinical reference.
