Eosinophilic pancreatitis complicating gastroenteritis:one case report

嗜酸性胰腺炎(eosinophilic pancreatitis,EP)为罕见病,典型病例有嗜酸性胃肠炎或嗜酸性细胞增多综合征的背景,经肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗后迅速好转并渐趋痊愈,预后良好。

Eosinophilic pancreatitis(EP) is a rare disease. The typical case occurs in the setting of either eosinophilic gastroenteritis or hypereosinophilic syndrome. After treatment with glucocorticoid,this disease may become milder rapidly and can be cured gradually and the prognosis is favourable.
