Endoscopic treatment of Rapunzel syndrome:one case report

长发公主综合征(Rapunzel syndrome)为胃毛发石的特殊类型,治疗多以外科开腹手术取出胃石为主,本文报道1例通过内镜下分次取异物的方式治疗成功的个案。

Rapunzel syndrome is one special type of gastric bezoar. Open surgery is the priority to treat it. In this paper, a successful experience about Rapunzel syndrome which was treated by endoscope was reported.
