十二指肠降段囊肿致十二指肠梗阻1例报道

十二指肠梗阻在临床上并不少见,由十二指肠降段溃疡瘢痕狭窄(duodenal descending period of ulcer scar stricture)、胰头假性囊肿(pancreatic pseudocyst)、十二指肠癌(duodenal carcinoma)及胰头癌(pancreatic head carcinoma)所致较为常见,而由十二指肠降段囊肿引起的并不常见。现报道1例由十二指肠降段巨大囊肿压迫引起的十二指肠梗阻。
