胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤(intraductal mucinous neoplasms of the pancreas,IPMN)是胰腺黏液性肿瘤的一种,其特点是以胰腺导管内上皮乳头状异常增生并产生大量黏液,伴有主胰管和(或)分支胰管扩张的少见疾病。近年来,随着检查手段的进步及手术技术的不断创新,IPMN在诊断、治疗及预后等各个方面均取得了巨大进展。由于其有恶变倾向,具有临床可诊断性,且病情进展缓慢,提高对本病认识有助于早期诊断并选择正确的治疗方案。

Intraductal mucinous neoplasms of the pancreas （IPMN） is a kind of pancreatic mucinous tumor, it is a rare disease, which is characterized by abnormal hyperplasia of pancreatic intraduetal papillary and produced a large a- mount of mucinous, with the main pancreatic duct and （or） the branch duct expansion. In recent years, with the pro- gress of examination and the surgical technique innovation. IPMN in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of various aspects have made great progress. Because of its malignant tendency, clinical diagnosis, and slow progression, increas- ing awareness of the disease is helpful for early diagnosis and proper treatment.
