摘要 三维自由弯曲成形技术作为金属塑性成形领域近年来一项重要的技术创新,能够实现管材、型材、线材在各种弯曲半径条件下的精确成形,对传统弯曲成形技术带来了巨大的挑战。从三维自由弯曲成形技术的基本原理入手,对三轴、五轴以及基于并联机构的六轴自由弯曲系统的技术优势、关键工艺参数与成形缺陷、相关技术及装备研究进展情况等进行了系统介绍,并对其在航空复杂弯曲构件制造领域的应用前景进行了分析和展望。 Three dimensional free form bending technology was recognized as an important technical innovation in the field of plastic forming. 3D free bending system of complex components can realize high precision and non-die forming of pipe, section bar and wire rod under different bending radii, which has formed a huge challenge to the traditional bending technology of metal components. This article systematically introduces the basic principle of free form bending technology, the technical advantages of three-axis, five-axis and six-axis free bending system, key process parameters and forming defects, research progresses of related technology and equipment and the application prospect of this technology in the manufacture field of hollow complex bending component is given.
