不同浓度赤霉素对甘蔗实生苗产量性状的影响

Effects of Different Concentration GA_3 Treatment on Yield Traits of Sugarcane Seeding

[目的]探索赤霉素(GA_3)对甘蔗实生苗产量性状的影响。[方法]采用不同浓度GA_3处理8个甘蔗实生苗组合,观察并测定处理后甘蔗丛有效茎数、株高、茎径、锤度等指标。[结果]对甘蔗实生苗叶片喷施不同浓度GA_3后,丛有效茎数、株高和茎径差异显著,锤度没有明显变化。GA_3处理能显著提高甘蔗实生苗产量,但对提高糖分无显著作用。[结论]该研究可为甘蔗育种应用提供参考依据。

[ Objective ] To study the effects of different concentration GA3 treatment on yield traits of sugarcane seeding. [ Method ] Different con- centration GA3 were sprayed on eight sugarcane combinations seeding, effective stem number per clump, plant height, stem diameter and brix were measured after treatment. [ Result ] Results showed that effective stem number per clump, plant height and stem diameter had significant differ- ence, brix had no apparent change in different reatments. GA3 treatment could significantly improve the yield of sugarcane, but eouldn＇ t improve the sugar production. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide a reference basis for the sugarcane breeding application.
