池州市城镇化进程中土地利用碳排放驱动机制 被引量:1

Driving Mechanisms of Land Use Carbon Emissions in the Urbanization Process of Chizhou City

摘要 依据土地利用碳排放测算方法,对安徽省池州市耕地、林地、牧草地、建设用地碳排放进行测算,并基于环境压力随机模型分析影响土地利用碳排放的驱动力机制。结果表明:1城镇化进程中GDP、城镇人口、第三产业产值及城镇化水平每增加1%,土地利用碳排放将增加0.147%、0.499%、0.428%、0.657%;第二产业产值每增加1%,土地利用碳排放量将减少0.489%。2池州市能源消费及土地利用碳排放量不断增加。3大力发展绿色低碳产业,积极推行低碳排放的生产、生活方式,可提升低碳水平。为实现安徽省池州市低碳经济和城镇化可持续发展目标,提出了若干建议供参考。 According to the measurement method of land use carbon emissions, the earbon emissions of the main land use types were calculated, including cultivated land, woodland, grassland and land for construction of Chizhou City in Anhui Province. Then based on the STIRPAT model, the driving mechanisms of land use earbon emissions were analyzed. The results are as followings. First, in the process of urbanization, every 1% increase no matter in the GDP, the urban population, the tertiary industry output value, the urbanization level is achieved at a cost of the in- crease of land use carbon emission. And the ratios are 0. 147%, 0.499%, 0.428% andO. 657% respectively. On the other hand, every 1% in- crease the second industry output value is companioned by an 0. 489% decrease in lar^d use carbon emission. Second, energy consumption and land use carbon emissions continue to increase in Chizhou City. Third, vigorously develop the green low carbon industry, actively promote low carbon production and way of life to enhanee the level of low carbon. Last but not the least, several suggestions were put forward to provide the references for the realization of the goals of low-earbon economy and urbanization sustainable development of Chizhou City in Anhui Province.
