摘要
对呼伦贝尔市乡村不同生产区域的乡镇、村组、企业、种植合作社的农牧业人才进行学历、专业等调查分析。结果显示:乡镇农业类人才短缺,村级部分农业类人才流失。企业及合作社人才的主要优势在于多年生产经验和实践经验技术。同时就相应的乡村及其企业或合作社引进所需人才提出补救措施。
The investigation and analysis on education and specialties were carried out on agriculture and animal husbandry talents in town- ship, village, enterprises, planting cooperatives of different production area in Hulunbuir. The results showed that rural agricultural talents were shortage and part of village-level agricultural talents had lost. The main advantages of enterprise and cooperative personnel lie in years of production experience and practical experience technology. At the same time, the remedial measures were put forward to introduce qualified personnel for rural and its enterprises or cooperatives.
