Design and application of the whole information management system in microbiological examination

目的探讨微生物检验全流程信息管理系统的建立与应用价值。方法采用微生物检验信息管理系统与实验室信息系统(LIS)无缝连接,基于预制条形码实现微生物检验样本的接收、接种、培养、药敏试验、报告和质控等各个环节检验信息的记录存储、监控和传递。结果改变了原微生物检验复杂的手工操作流程,自动记录每份样本检验全流程各节点的操作者、操作内容以及操作时间,显著提升了工作效率,提高了检验质量,降低了差错率,实现了微生物检验全流程的无纸化。结论微生物检验信息管理系统实现了微生物检验全流程无纸化操作的监控和管理。

Objective To establish the whole information management system in microbiological examination and evaluate its clinical application. Methods A microbiological examination information management system was directly connected to the laboratory informa- tion management system（ LIS）, and thus the recording, storage, monitoring and delivery of informations on microbiological examination procedures, including the reception of samples, inoculation, culture, drug susceptibility test, delivery of reports and quality control based on pre-made barcodes, were managed. Results The established whole information management system changed the previous complicated manual operation process in microbiological examination, automatically recorded the operators, and operative procedures and time for each sample, significantly improved work efficiency and examination quality and reduced the error rate, and lastly imple- mented paperless in the whole process of microbiological examination. Conclusion The established information management system in microbiological examination brings about the whole paperless monitoring and management of microbiological examination.
