Establishment and application of We Chat service platform in laboratory medicine

目的探讨检验医学微信服务平台的建立及其应用。方法基于微信公众号平台和实验室信息管理系统(LIS)建立检验医学微信服务平台。结果检验医学微信服务平台能使患者便捷地获得检验结果报告、检验信息查询、检验咨询等多项检验数字化服务。结论检验医学微信服务平台为传统医疗行业带来了新的服务模式,为患者提供便捷的了解个人检验报告、检验信息和检验咨询的个性化服务,提升了检验医学数字化服务的水平。

Objective To establish the WeChat service platform, and evaluate its application in laboratory medicine. Methods The WeChat service platform in laboratory medicine was established based on the WeChat public number platform and laboratory information management system（LIS）. Results The established WeChat service platform in laboratory medicine could conveniently provide many digitizing services for patients, such as the obtaining of laboratory reports, the inquiry of laboratory informations, laboratory consulation and etc. Conclusion The WeChat service platform in laboratory medicine provides a new service mode for traditional medicine, and convenient individual services for patients such as the obtaining of laboratory reports, informations and consulation, and improves the digitizing service level of laboratory medicine.
