数字PCR技术在临床诊断中的应用进展 被引量：15

摘要 数字PCR(d PCR)作为核酸检测和定量的新方法,在病原微生物检测、肿瘤相关基因检测、产前诊断等方面应用日益广泛。该文就其在HBV DNA、HIV DNA、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)突变、异柠檬酸脱氢酶(IDH)突变、胎儿游离DNA等检测中的研究进展作一综述。
