Firstly, this paper introduced the research background of the press and publication science and technology projects. Secondly, it described the project management and quality management briefly, the necessity of quality management on the press and publication science and technology projects was studied, this paper also analyzed with example of the procedures and the methods about quality management, put forward the suggestions on the implementation of the quality management of the press and publication science and technology projects. Finally, it pointed out that quality management has great significance for the smooth implementation of the press and publication science and technology projects.
