国防科技成果登记管理工作是科技成果管理的基础工作,其目的在于掌握和提供成果信息资源,推动成果的交流与应用,避免重复研究。登记好国防科技成果,并及时加以利用,对促进我国的科技进步和经济增长具有十分重要的意义。从国内外国防科技成果登记管理工作的基本情况出发,总结我国国防科技成果登记管理工作中存在的主要问题,提出推进国防科技成果登记管理工作的总体思路,进而给出相应的措施建议。

Registration management of national defense scientific and technological achievements is a foundation work of sei- tech achievements management. This work aims to grasp and provide information resources, make communication and apphcation results, avoid duplication of research. It has a vital significance for promoting scientific and technological progress and economic growth of our country when you do a good job and take advantage of it. In this paper, we describe the basic situation of registration management of national defense science and technology achievements from the at home and abroad, summarize the main problems, put forward the overall train of thought and present corresponding suggestions.
