摘要
深入探究了产业创新中心的内涵、功能及构成要素,并以天津为例运用EFE和IFE方法评价了产业创新中心建设面临的战略环境,在此基础上构建了包含"一基地、三平台",产业链、创新链、人才链、资源链四级联动的产业创新中心。
This paper analyzes the connotation, functions and integrant part of industrial innovation center. Considering the strategic environments of Tianjin industrial innovation center construction, this paper researches a series of critical problems which includes the target, principles, key industries, methods of the construction of Tianjin industrial innovation center.
