SCI论文作为学术界最高水平的论文展现形式,是反映各单位或个人水平的重要指标。通过对内蒙古地区"十二五"期间发表的SCI论文分类统计,深入揭示了内蒙古地区发表SCI论文整体水平。这为科技部门及各大高校的精准资助与改进提供了较好的数据支撑。
As the main forms of highest level of academic papers SCI papers is a reflection of the units or individual level. Through the classification of SCI papers published during the period of ＂the 12th Five-Year Plan＂ in Inner Mongolia, reveals the integral level of SCI paper in Inner Mongolia area. It provides some data support for the science and technology departments and the major colleges for their precision funding.
