西藏职业教育的现状及对策分析

Analysis on Condition and Counterplan of Vocational Education in Tibet

西藏职业教育主要面临着教育观念与教育改革发展不相适应、教育体制机制与经济社会发展不相适应、学校办学能力与发展目标不相适应等矛盾问题。经济快速增长、教育水平提高、财政持续投入为西藏职业教育发展提供了有利条件。需要紧密围绕优化结构、深化改革、完善机制、提升能力、健全保障、改善环境等方面采取对策措施。

Vocational education in Tibet mainly faces the contradictory problems as： mismatches between educational notion and educational reform and development, between educational system as well as mechanism and social and economic development, between school-running ability and developing object. Economical development, educational improvement and financial input, all these has offered favorable advantages for the vocational development in Tibet. So the corresponding measures should be taken from upgrading structures, deepening reform, improving mechanism, improving ability, perfecting guarantee and improving environment, etc.
