抗战时期,国民政府为安置民众、调动全国人力物力进行抗战,在各地相继建立职业介绍机构、颁布职业介绍相关法律法规,发展职业介绍事业。昆明由于地处后方,其战略地位提高,城市和工业获得一定发展,当地职业介绍所也获得发展,其中尤以隶属云南中华职业教育社的昆明职业指导所发展最快。昆明职业指导所成立后积极开展职业调查、职业训练、代办招考、职业介绍等工作,为昆明职业介绍服务的发展做出积极的贡献。

During the Anti-Japanese War, for resettling the common people and mobilizing the resources into the war against Japan, the then government successively set up employment agencies and issued relevant laws and regulations to develop the employment placement career. Under the background of that time, the employment placement service in Kunming obtained great development, in which Kunming Institute of Vocational Guidance which was belonged to Yunnan Provincial China Vocational Education Association developd at full speed. Its main business includes vocational survey, vocational training, recruitment and employment placement, which made active contribution to employment placement service in kunming.
