基于手机短信的水电站施工期水情自动报汛系统研发

Research and development of SMS-based automatic flood information reporting system for construction period of hydropower station

设计了水电站施工期专用短信报汛方案,基于GSM网络的短信业务开发了水电站施工期自动报汛系统。系统按照用户预先配置的手机短信方案,将水情测报系统中的流域水情信息自动编制成定时、振铃回复、预警、预报等报汛短信,通过GSM Modem设备直接发送至最终用户的手机。该系统已经在锅浪跷水电站施工期水情服务工作中投入应用,运行稳定、可靠,能满足水电站施工期水情报汛工作的需要。

A scheme of special SMS-based flood information reporting during the construction period of hydropower station is de- signed herein, from which a SMS of GSM network-based automatic flood information reporting system for construction period of hydropower station is developed. In accordance with the pre-configured SMS program of user, the system automatically compiles the flood information from the hydrological forecasting system of the relevant fiver basin into the timing, ringing reply, early warn- ing, forecasting, etc. mobile phone flood reporting short messages, and then directly send them to the mobile phone of the end user through GSM Modem device. This system is already put into the application to the flood information reporting service with stable and reliable operation for the construction of Guolangqiao Hydropower Station, which can meet the demand from the flood information reporting during the period of the construction of the hydropower station.
