主纵梁弧形闸门锈蚀后工作性态研究 被引量:7

摘要 某水电站放空洞工作闸门运行20多年来,一直处于挡水状态,未进行过工作闸门的启闭操作。为确保该在役闸门的安全运行,掌握其运行性态,及时发现安全隐患,需要对锈蚀后闸门进行安全评价。针对该主纵梁弧形闸门建立了三维有限元模型并根据检测结果模拟其锈蚀,提出在圆柱坐标系下对其进行有限元后处理分析,以便准确和合理地反映弧形薄壁空间结构的变形特点和应力分布,进而对不同工况下闸门的强度和刚度进行校核。结果表明,运用有限元模拟方法,可以准确和合理地反映弧形薄壁空间结构的变形特点和应力分布。 An arc steel gate of a hydropower station has worded for more than 20 years and been always in water retaining status without hoisting operation ever. It is necessary to take the safety assessment for the corroded gate, assure the working safety and discover the potential risk of the gate. A 3-dismensional finite element model of the are gate with main longitudinal girders is es- tablished and the actual corrosion situation is simulated according to the testing results. The method of post processing based on cylindrical coordinate is proposed to reflect the deformation characteristic and stress distribution of the arc thin-walled space struc- tures reasonably. And the strength and stiffness of the gate are checked in two working conditions.
