摘要
采用变幅杆式声化学反应器进行了辽河稠油超声波降黏的实验研究,考察了超声反应时间、反应温度对辽河稠油降黏率的影响,分析了超声波对稠油降黏的可能机理。并考察了在超声作用下含水稠油与脱水稠油降黏率的关系,超声波作用对稠油C_7沥青质和甲苯不溶物的影响。确定了最优的反应条件,稠油经超声反应4.5 h,温度300℃,处理后50℃时降黏效果最佳,且C_7沥青质和甲苯不溶物含量均较低。
The experimental study on ultrasonic viscosity reduction of Liaohe heavy oil by using the variable spoke sound chemical reactor was carried out. The influence of ultrasonic reaction time and reaction temperature on the viscosity reduction rate of Liaohe heavy oil was investigated. The possible mechanism of ultrasonic on the viscosity reduction of heavy oil was analyzed. The relationship between the viscosities of water-bearing heavy oil and dehydrated heavy oil under the action of ultrasonic was investigated. The effect of ultrasonic wave on C7 asphaltene and toluene insoluble substance was investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: the ultrasonic reaction time 4.5 h, the ultrasonic temperature 300 ℃. After treatment under above conditions, the viscosity reducing effect of heavy oil was the best at 50 ℃, and the content of C7 and toluene was lower.
