摘要
综述了有关N-甲基对硝基苯胺的合成方法,提出来以对硝基氯苯、甲胺为原料,经压力合成N-甲基对硝基苯胺的工艺路线。该合成工艺原料来源方便,路线短,成本低,三废少,产品质量高,适合工业化生产。并应用IR,MS和元素分析对产物结构进行了表征。
The synthesis methods of p-nitro-n-methylamine(PNMA) were introduced. A synthesis process of PNMA from p-nitrochlorobenzen and methylamine under certain pressure was put forward. This process has many advantages, such as the convenient source of raw materials, low cost, less wastes and good product quality. This method is also suitable for industrial production. The structure of product was determined by elemental analysis, IR and MS.
