摘要
介绍了欧技第四代三聚氰胺技术原理及特点,特别对后置反应器的加氨量对浊度的影响机理进行研究,分析了影响三聚氰胺成品浊度的因素,着重对后置反应器的加氨量对OAT和缩聚物的影响机理进行研究,从而指导三聚氰胺成品浊度达到优等品的值。
The principle and characteristics of ETCE G4 high-pressure process were introduced, influence mechanism of ammonia feeding flow rate on the turbidity was studied. And the influence factors of the melamine turbidity were analyzed, effect of ammonia feeding flow rate on OAT polycondensate was investigated, so as to gain a high-class product.
