摘要
介绍了通过热过滤法、抽提法和老化法测定渣油中沉积物含量。渣油胶体分散体系稳定性的变化是生成沉积物的根本原因。研究沉积物的结构和组成,发现沥青质的吸附/溶解平衡的破坏导致沥青质作为沉积物沉淀下来。向渣油中加入高芳香性的重质油可以显著的减少沉积物的生成,如何通过改善渣油加氢工艺流程来减少沉积物的生成还有待研究。
At first, the methods for determination of total sediment in residual fuel oil were summarized, including hot filtration, extraction method and ageing process. The basic reason of sediment formation is the change of residual colloidal dispersion stability. And the sediments were fractionated into different components to study the structure and composition. A disturbance in the asphaltenes' adsorption/solubility equilibrium in the resin-oil medium leads to the precipitation of asphaltenes as sediments. Adding high aromaticity of heavy oil to residue can significantly reduce the formation of sediment in the reaction. But how to improve the process of residue hydrotreating to reduce sediment formation remains to be explored.
