炼厂汽轮机改造技术经济指标计算与分析

摘要 为节能减排,降低企业能耗,金陵石化拟通过进行汽轮机改造来提高企业自备电厂的能源利用效率。具体改造方案为新增一台背压机组,取代原CC60机组。经过对改造前后热力系统进行计算、分析和对比,发现改造后,在两个不同工况下可分别带来经济效益3 200和2 700万元。同时,抽凝式机组改为背压式机组可以减少热电厂冷源损失,减少循环水耗及循环水电耗。全厂发电负荷不足将依靠外电网供电。 In order to reduce energy cost, Jinling company planned to conduct turbine renovation project. A new back pressure turbine will be installed to replace the original CC60 unit. After calculation, analysis and comparison of the old and new thermoelectric systems, it's found that the benefit will respectively be 32 million Yuan and 27 million Yuan under two conditions. Meanwhile, after renovation, the cold source loss will be decreased, and the cost of circulating water and electricity will also be decreased. However, external electricity will be needed because of generation load reduction.
