摘要
对于采出液中聚合物浓度的测定,淀粉-碘化镉法是测定油田采出液中HPAM含量最为广泛的方法。但由于油田采出液成分复杂,含有原油、黏土、机械杂质、化学药剂、金属离子、微生物等,这些因素对淀粉-碘化镉法测定的准确性造成了影响。结合油田产出液的成分,对影响淀粉-碘化镉法准确性的因素进行了分析,确定了最优的测试条件。研究了产出液中不同成分对测试结果的影响,为淀粉-碘化镉法对聚合物浓度的准确测定提供了依据。
For the determination of polymer concentration in the produced fluid, the starch cadmium iodide method is the most widely used method for determining the HPAM content in oilfield produced liquid. But because the composition of produced liquid is complex, containing crude oil, clay, mechanical impurities, chemicals, metal ions and micro-organisms, these factors will affect the accuracy of the determination of starch cadmium iodide method. In this paper, combined with composition of oilfield produced fluid, factors influencing the accuracy of starch cadmium iodide method were analyzed, the optimal test conditions were determined finally. The effect of different components in produced fluid on the test results was studied, which could provide the basis for accurate determination of polymer concentration by the starch cadmium iodide method.
