Variable Angle Testing System for Gearbox

介绍了一种新型变速箱测试系统,该系统能够使变速箱在空间位置成一定的姿态,模拟变速箱在上坡、下坡、斜坡等不同工况的状态,实现变速箱在各个工况下进行不同挡位的换挡与跑合试验,从而测试出变速箱的扭矩、转速、温度、油温等物理量,用以评价变速箱的性能以及质量。

Variable angle testing system for gearbox is a new type of test bench which can make the running test through the servo motor, and simulate the different gearbox working condition, such as uphill and downhill slope road condition. At the process of gearbox running and shifting, the data of torque, rotation speed, temperature, oil temperature are obtained, and the performance and quality of the gearbox are evaluated.
