自升式钻井平台燃烧臂的应用与热辐射分析 被引量:1

摘要 燃烧臂是用于钻井平台试油作业时燃烧油(气)层经试油设备分离出来的伴生气或油气混合物,燃烧时会产生大量的热辐射,对人、设备和平台造成伤害,因此,钻井平台需设立相应的防护措施。针对JU2000E自升式钻井平台,介绍配置燃烧臂的技术参数、结构组成、性能特点、工作原理、热辐射危害,并对热辐射和水幕防护进行理论计算和分析,为今后钻井平台建造或升级时的燃烧臂选型和防热辐射分析提供参考。 During the well testing procedure,burner boom of the rig is used to burn associated gas or oil and gas mixture which are separated from oil(gas)layer by the well testing equipment.Combustion produces large amounts of heat radiation which can be harmful to people,equipment and platform,so the platform should set up corresponding protective measures.This article takes JU2000Ejack-up drilling platform for example,mainly introduces the technical parameters,configuration composition,structure characteristics,working principle,thermal radiation damage of burner boom,researches and analyzes the thermal radiation and water curtain protection,provides the reference about burner boom design and selection for platform fabrication or upgrade?in the future.
