摘要
该文利用CFD技术对钻井平台散料系统缓冲罐内的气固二相流流场进行分析,研究了水泥颗粒粒径和气流量对缓冲罐粉料逸出的影响。提出缓冲罐效率的概念,并对散料系统实际输送量进行计算,为散料系统的自主研发提供技术支持。
In this paper, the gas-solid two-phase flow in the buffer tank of bulk handling system on drilling platform is analyzed by applying CFD. The effect of cement particle size and gas flow rate on the buffer tank powder escaping is studied. The concept of buffer tank efficiency is presented. And the actual output of bulk handling system is calculated. This research provides technical support for independent development of bulk handling systems.
