一类变异为H7N9型禽流感病毒模型的稳定性分析 被引量:5

Stability analysis of an avian influenza virus model with which virus mutates into H7N9 type

摘要 研究一类变异为H7N9型禽流感病毒的模型,假设禽流感病毒在禽类、人群中传播时的疾病发生率分别为标准的疾病发生率、非单调的疾病发生率,利用特征方程、比较定理、Liapunov函数等研究该模型的耗散性、平衡点的存在性及其全局稳定性,并给出该模型持久生存的充分条件. An avian influenza virus model with which virus mutates into H7N9 type is considered, the standard disease incidence and non-monotonic disease incidence are adopted to describe the transmission of disease in poultry and human population. By virtue of characteristic equation, the comparison theorem and Liapunov function, and so on, the dissipativeness, existence and global stability of the equilibria for the model are studied. Sufficient conditions of permanence for the mod- el are also given.
