摘要
对36 500 DWT大湖型船舶的可转动式导管舵设计特点和建造技术进行论述和分析。重点论述该导管舵的基本参数和设计特点以及相关设计计算,特别包括该导管舵的结构建造程序和装配焊接的工艺要点等。通过理论分析以及在实船上的安装调试应用,论证了该船导管舵设计合理,建造工艺优良,相应建造精度完全满足设计和标准要求。
The discourse and analysis of 36 500 DWT great lakes ship rotary rudder design characteristics and construction technology. The paper focused on the basic parameter, design characteristics and relative design calculation of ship rudder, including the construction procedure and assembly welding technology.Through theoretical analysis and installation on ship, the analysis verified reasonable design of the ship rudder,fine construction technology and the construction accuracy fully meet the requirements of design and standard.
