几何参数对Ti-Ni合金血管支架支撑性能的影响 被引量:10

Ti-Ni Alloy Vascular Stents' Supporting Performance with Different Design Geometric Parameters

摘要 依据对血管支架支撑性能的实际测试原型,采用正交试验的方法设计不同几何参数的Ti-Ni合金血管支架分组,通过Pro/E软件建立血管支架的有限元模型,采用有限元模拟方法研究Ti-Ni合金血管支架设计几何参数对其支撑性能的影响,并与实验结果对比验证有限元分析结果的合理性。结果表明:增加支架丝的丝径或支撑筋的折弯半径,可以提高支架的支撑性能;而增大支撑筋的高度,支架的支撑性能降低;支架丝的丝径、支撑筋的高度、支撑筋的折弯半径对支架支撑性能的影响程度依次减弱,其中,支架丝的丝径和支撑筋的高度较支撑筋的折弯半径对支架支撑性能的影响更为显著;对支架进行平板压缩试验测试其支撑反力,其结果与有限元计算结果相吻合,验证了有限元分析结果的合理性。 According to the actual test prototype of the vascular stents' supporting performance, the orthogonal testing method was applied to design groups of Ti-Ni alloy vascular stents of different geometric parameters, besides, the finite element model was established through Pro/E software, in order to study the influence of the stents' design geometric parameters on its supporting performance by finite element simulation, and compared with the experimental results to verify the rationality of the finite element analysis results. The results showed that, the supporting performance of the stents would be optimized either by increasing the wire diameter or reducing the height of support muscle, while, increasing the bend radius of the stent had the opposite effect. Changing the wire diameter and the height of the stents had more remarkable influence on the supporting performance than changing the bend radius. What' s more, the re- sult of plate compressive test through the universal testing machine was consistent with the computed result of finite element analysis, demonstrating the rationality of the finite element model.
