Development of Three Public Libraries with Entire Outsourcing Services

江苏省无锡市新区图书馆、广东省广州市南沙区图书馆和安徽省芜湖市镜湖区图书馆是国内实行整体服务外包的公共图书馆。本文调查分析这3个图书馆的外包背景、外包成效和网站建设,探讨值得推广和借鉴的经验。

There are three public libraries in China that are operated entirely with outsourcing services. They are New District Library of Wuxi in Jiangsu Province, Nansha District Library of Guangzhou in Guangdong Province and Jinghu District Library of Wuhu in Anhui Province. This article investigates and analyses these three libraries, including their outsourcing background, outsourcing effects and websites construction. The purpose is to summarize the experience to be drawn upon.
