基于期望效能的武器装备体系能力规划模型

Weapon system of systems capability planning model based on expected effectiveness

基于能力的规划是当前发展武器装备体系的主流思想,能力指标设计是武器装备体系发展的重要内容,但目前研究成果中缺少定量的模型。针对该问题,首先分析了武器装备体系作战能力指标的生成过程和规划思路,提出引入前景理论思想的期望效能概念,建立基于期望效能的S型价值函数规划模型,最后通过新型攻击直升机作战能力指标的分析与设计验证了建立模型的可行性和有效性。本模型为武器装备体系作战能力指标设计提供了一种定量分析的新思路。

Capability based planning is the main idea of developing weapon system of systems （WSoS）, and the capability index designning is an important content, but it lacks quantitative model in recently research. To solve this problem, the generating process and planning of the operational capability index of WSoS are analyzed firstly, the expected effectiveness concept is proposed based on the prospect theory, and the S value function model is established secondly. Finally, the feasibility of modeling is verified by the analysis and design of the new type attack helicopter operational capability index. This model provides a new design method for quantitative analysis of the operational capability of WSoS.
