摘要
为解决两硬(顶、底板均为坚硬岩层)近距离薄煤层沿空留巷巷旁充填体易失稳问题,通过建立充填体承载力学模型及不同充填体强度下留巷围岩塑性破坏数值模拟,认为留巷稳定的临界充填体宽度为2.0 m、抗压强度为23 MPa。实验室试验对充填材料(矸石)性能影响因素的权重、充填体强度特征进行了研究,提出了充填体高效材料配比和充填工艺。现场工程实测数据表明,上述研究得到的充填体宽度、材料配比和工艺参数能有效维护沿空留巷稳定性,较好实现两硬近距离薄煤层沿空留巷技术。
To solve the unstable filling body beside gob-side entry retained in close thin seam with hard roof and floor, by establishing mechanical model of filling body's bearing capacity and numerical simulation on plastic failure of retained entry's surrounding rock with various strength of filling body, the critical width of filling body to stabilize the entry retaining was 2 m, and the compressive strength was 23 MPa. Through systematic study on effect weight of filling materials property and filling body strength characteristics by laboratory tests, efficient filling metrical ra- tio and filling process were put forward. The field engineering measurement data showed that the filling body width, materials ratio and process parameters could effectively maintain the stability of gob-side entry and realize the gob-side entry remaining technology in close thin seam with hard roof and floor.
