摘要
针对唐山矿排水系统自动化水平低、耗能高以及应急能力差等问题,以S7-300及其扩展组建的控制体系为系统核心,设计了以节能降耗和安全排水为主要目的的矿井自动化排水系统。分析了系统控制要求,介绍了系统控制功能的实现和系统故障防护,最后阐述了系统运行效益。实际应用表明,系统通过对泵房最大涌水量、水仓水位变化以及设备状态等系统模拟量的采集与处理,实现了对水泵自动切换和安全排水的控制。
Aiming at the problem of mine drainage system's low automatic level, high energy consumption and poor emergency response capability of Tangshan Mine, taking control system that made up of S7-300 and its extension as the core, a mine automatic drainage system with main purpose of energy-saving and cost-reducing was designed. The system control demand was analyzed and the realization of system control functions and system emergency protection were in- troduced, and then the running benefits were elaborated. The practical application results showed that the system could control the water pump's automatic switchover and safe water-repellent via collecting and processing system analog quantities such as pump room's maximum water inflow, water sumD's water level change, eauioment status and so on.
