摘要
分析穿采空区巷道有害气体涌出的危害,指出了可以应用聚氨酯泡沫喷涂堵漏技术防治巷道漏风,控制有害气体涌出。在对聚氨酯泡沫喷涂地面试验、测试涂层性能的基础上,应用该技术对板定梁塔煤矿回风斜井穿过煤层采空区的漏风位置进行了表面喷涂,结果表明巷道有害气体涌出得到了有效控制。
By analyzing hazard of noxious gases leakage in gob roadway, pointing out that spraying and blocking technology of polyurethane foam materials could be applied to prevent roadway air leakage and harmful gases inflow. Based on polyurethane foam materials spraying ground experiment and paint coat property test, this new technique was applied in leakage spot at return air shaft, which goes through coal seam gob at Bandingliangta Mine. The results showed that harmful gases burst in roadway had been under control.
