摘要
目的:探讨心理干预在心血管疾病病人药学服务中的作用和意义。方法:根据心血管疾病病人的心理特点,结合具体案例,详细阐述临床药师对心血管疾病病人的心理干预模式。结果:心理干预能帮助病人正确认识疾病,改善病人负面情绪,提高病人用药依从性及治疗效果。结论:心理干预对促进心血管疾病病人康复有重要意义,临床药师应掌握必要的心理干预方法,更好地为病人服务。
Objective: To discuss the role and significance of psychological intervention in pharmaceutical care of patients with cardiovascular disease(CVD). Methods: Based on the psychological characteristics of patients with CVD and in light of concrete cases, the mode of psychological intervention in the patients with CVD applied by clinical pharmacists was discussed in detail. Results: Psychological intervention could help patients to understand the disease correctly, decrease their negative emotions and improve the medication compliance and treatment efficacy. Conclusion: Psychological intervention had an important implication for promoting the rehabilitation of patients with CVD. Clinical pharmacists should master the necessary psychological intervention methods,so as to better serve the patients.
