基于相位梯度表面的人工复眼设计

摘要 传统人工复眼的微透镜阵列受限于视场角与曲面衬底加工技术,而广义折射定律的建立为传统光学设计提供了新的设计理论与自由度。文章提出依据广义折射定律,设计基于相位梯度表面的全平面微透镜阵列替代传统人工复眼的平面型微透镜阵列单元,在克服曲面衬底制备不便的同时增大复眼视场角,详细展示基于相位梯度表面的平面透镜的设计过程,可为人工复眼的微透镜阵列设计提供新的思路。 The micro lens of traditional artificial compound eyes(ACEs )are subjected to the viewing angle and processing technology of curved surface substrate. However,the generalized refraction law provides a new design theory and degree of freedom for the traditional optical design. According to that law ,this paper proposes to design brand plane micro lens array based on phase gradient surface to replace the traditional ones. Thus,inconvenience from the surface substrate can be coped with while the viewing angle can be enlarged. This paper demonstrates its design processes at length, which provides new ideas for the design of micro lens array in the artificial compound eyes
