The formation of the training mode of higher vocational English individualized talents conforms to the development of current era and accords with the higher vocational students＇ internal need. So it is the inevitable development trend of the training of higher vocational talents. Through the cognition of the training mode of higher vocational English individualized talents, the paper puts forward to the effective ways to apply the training mode of individualized talents in higher vocational English teaching so as to promote the internal motivation of the English learning for the higher vocational students and optimize higher vocational English teaching.
