手指闭合骨折脱位并血管损伤的显微外科修复临床研究

摘要 目的:研究手指闭合骨折脱位并血管损伤的显微外科修复临床效果。方法:收集我院2015年5月-2016年5月收治的手指闭合骨折脱位并血管损伤患者150例,随机分为对照组(克氏针内固定治疗)及观察组(显微外科修复治疗),每组各75例,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组手指存活率90.7%,同期对照组手指存活率80%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组术后症状改善效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:显微外科修复治疗手指闭合骨折脱位并血管、神经损伤效果更佳,可作为临床治疗的优选方案推广使用。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of microsurgical repair of closed fracture and dislocation of finger with vascular injury.Methods:One hundred and fifty cases with closed finger fracture dislocation and vascular injury in our hospital from May2015 to May 2016 were collected and randomly divided into control group(treated with Kirschner wire fixation)and observation group(repaired microsurgical treatment),75 cases in each group.Clinical curative effects were compared between them.Results:The survival rate was 90.7% and 80%in the observation group and the control group,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Compared with control group,postoperative symptoms were improved significantly in observation group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Microsurgical repair and treatment of closed fracture and dislocation of the fingers and vascular,nerve injury is better,can be used as a clinical treatment of the preferred program.
