摘要
机体在病理状态下时,腧穴对外界刺激的敏感性会增强,此时腧穴的反应性较高,呈现一种相对敏感的状态,即为"敏态"腧穴,敏态腧穴所具有的这种高反应性即为敏化性,主要表现为腧穴的痛敏化、热敏化、电敏化和光敏化等。通过查阅相关文献,初步总结和探讨腧穴的敏化性,认为敏化状态下的腧穴具有传递物质能量以及信息调控等重要作用,故具有生物学特性。深入全面地认识腧穴的敏化性,对掌握腧穴现代研究、丰富腧穴理论、指导临床实践都具有非常重要的意义。
In the pathological state,acupoints will increase the sensitivity to external stimuli,at this time the acupoints reaction is higher,showing a relatively sensitive state,namely "sensitive state " acupoints. Sensitive state acupoints with this high reactivity is sensitization,mainly as pain-sensitization,heat-sensitization,electricity-sensitization and light-sensitization of acupoints. Through access to relevant literature,summarize and discuss sensitization of acupoints.It is concluded that the acupoints under the sensitized state have biological characteristics,such as transmitting substances,energy and information regulation. Depth and comprehensive understanding of sensitization of acupoints,have a very important significance to master the modern study of acupoints,enrich the theory of acupoints and guide the clinical practice.
