电针治疗急性期周围性面瘫的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Electroacupuncture Treatment for Peripheral Facial Paralysis during Acute Period

目的:评价电针治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效,为临床实践提供循证医学证据。方法:计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方等数据库,收集关于电针治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床随机对照试验。经分析筛选,最终确定8篇文献符合标准,将其作为Meta分析对象,并采用Review Manage5.2.6软件进行统计分析。结果:首先进行同质性检验,结果显示χ2=1.53,自由度为7,表明8篇文献具有同质性,故采用固定效应模式进行分析。OR合并后经Z检验:Z=6.26,说明电针与其他疗法治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效差异有统计学意义。结论:电针治疗急性期周围性面瘫的疗效优于其他疗法,但由于本研究纳入文献的样本量有限、方法学质量偏低,可能产生偏倚,对于电针治疗急性期周围性面瘫临床疗效不能得出肯定性结论,故需要更多高质量临床随机对照试验来验证电针治疗急性期周围型面瘫的临床疗效。

Objective： To discuss the clinical curative effects of electroacupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis during acute period and provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical practice. Methods： Comprehensively search CNKI,VIP,Wangfang data to collect the clinical randomized controlled trials about electroacupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis during acute period by computer. Ultimately 8 standard articles were found as Meta analysis objects after screening. Then using Review Manage 5. 2. 6 software for statistical analysis. Results： 8 researches by Meta analysis combined showed that 8 studies homogeneity test results,χ2= 1. 53,degrees of freedom was 7,and 8 studies had homogeneity,so we use the fixed effects model. OR combined checked by Z： Z = 6. 26,which suggested that electroacupuncture treatment compared with other treatments had a statistical significance. Conclusion： Electroacupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis during acute period is better than other treatments. But with these research were low methodological quality and had limited sample size,the effect of electroacupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis during acute period can not make definitive conclusions,More high quality clinical randomized controlled trials are needed to further verify its effectiveness.
